With Love, Delhi might work in portions as a guide for tourists having an inclination to visit Delhi. As a film it needs to be remade with a better story again! - Mansha Rastogi    Fri, 16 Dec 2011 Only until a few months ago one would hear of every alternate IIT graduate turning into a writer and publishing his/her novels. But the trend has taken to another level as a bunch of IIT graduates from Delhi release their first feature film With Love, Delhi. Now whether this shows any potential or not remains to be seen.

A high profile real estate developer Khanna (Kiran Kumar) is kidnapped by a historian (Tom Alter) for some old time personal revenge. He initiates a game where the daughter Priyanka (Pariva Pranati) has to solve some odd cryptic clues in order to rescue her father. Enters a prospective lover Ashish who miraculously solves every clue and begins an unending visit to each and every monument of Delhi in a big to find Khanna.

Directed by Nikhil Singh, With Love, Delhi had the germ of what could be an interesting thriller but with sketchy writing and amateurish direction, even the smallest of possibilities of being a mind bending entertainer gets mired. The focal point of seeking revenge is highly disconnected from the unnecessary rounds across Delhi making you scream out, 'why this kolaveri di?'

The filmmaker tries showing his prowess by putting across a non linear narrative as well, maybe to prove a point; however, the story of the film appears so faulty that any type of narrative couldnâ
