He was shattered when Saif Ali Khan walked away with Kareena Kapoor, Shahid’s girlfriend and partner of several years. The two were together for a very long time and Shahid looked shattered by the loss.But thing are looking rosy with Priyanka Chopra’s arrival in his life. He is ensuring Priyanka’s happiness at all costs.
He recently booked a complete floor at a net café where both used to meet and Priyanka used to surf the net.Priyanka Chopra too is on cloud nine. Recently Priyanka Chopra won the best actress award for her role in Fashion, her last big film. She was also given an opportunity to talk before who is who from across the world at India Today Conclave.
She is super excited about having Fashion and Dostana to her credit after the disastrous Drona and Love Story 2050. "The messages have not stopped pouring in. In fact, I am getting messages complimenting my performance in Fashion even today. It feels great when you receive praise for your work. That is what we look forward to every day," says Priyanka.
What do you owe your success to? we ask Priyanka. "It’s nothing but hardwork and the blessings I receive everyday. I owe the success of Fashion to my entire team. The credit goes to everyone. It’s not only me who has performed well. Everyone in the film has performed well. I have to thank Madhur (Bhandarkar) for having confidence in us."
Priyanka has not signed anymore films off late. She will be starring in Vishal Bharadwajs Kaminey and Ashutosh Gowarikar’s What’s Your Rashee? with Harman Baweja. "We have almost completed Vishal’s film. Working with him has taught me a lot. We have not yet started working for Ashutosh’s film. I have not signed many films. I have not found any script interesting but I am listening to scripts" she says.
