Pakistani crooner Adnan Sami's wife Sabah who has filed case against her hubby for physically assaulting and abusing her is now complaining about Adnan of playing music in high volume. Sabah now wants Adnan Sami out of the house for his ill behavior. The hearing date is not yet given by the court and before that she wants him to leave the house. Confirming the news, Adnan said, "Sabah's lawyers had sent me the papers. Since then I've been in deep consultation with my lawyers. Yes, she has asked for a divorce and also the house which we now share in separate wings."
It's a 6,000 sq ft residence where Sabah is currently residing with Adnan and her in-laws. Since she is no more in taking terms with her in-laws, she wanted them to leave the house which Adnan had gifted her and stay in a hotel. Sabah doesn't want Adnan or his agents or anyone else close to him in her house but she wants their dog 'Rock' to be in. She is also claiming the ownership of three more flats.
But Adnan is adamant not to wash his hand off this house, he said, "This house belongs to me, my parents and my son. I'm willing to give up the marriage, but I'll be damned if I give up our home. I'm a lawyer and I've hired the best available legal talent to fight my case. Fortunately, this country has the best legal minds in the world. And I've full faith in the Indian judicial system."
A non-cognisable offence was registered against Adnan at the Oshiwara police station last week after Sabah accused him of "mental and physical torture."
