Sushil Kumar's cheque is ready, says Big B

The jackpot winner of Rs 5 crore Sushil Kumar from Bihar has not yet received his winning amount. There was lot of questions regarding why the winning amount has not yet been given to him but the host of KBC 5 and megastar Amitah Bachchan said that the cheque is ready but Sushil Kumar himself has requested to present him the cheque at the CNN-IBN Award ceremony.

In response to questions regarding KBC 5 winner Sushil Kumar, Amitabh Bachchan tweeted, “People asking why Sushil Kumar not paid his KBC win .. cheque ready, but he wants it at CNNIBN Award ceremony in Delhi on 16th. Also as per terms and conditions of Sony, they have to pay within 60 days of on air broadcast .. so still time for expiry”!

Sushil Kumar was the only winner of the jackpot amount of KBC 5.
