Anchor turned actress Mandira Bedi is back to work post pregnancy. She gave birth to a baby boy on June 19. After 40 days, Mandira returns to work with a new energy and glow.

"40 days post delivery. Am officially allowed to exercise today... And I did! WHAT A FEELING!" Mandira posted on micro-blogging site Twitter.

Married to filmmaker Raj Kaushal, the couple named their son Vir. They have been married for many years and overwhelmed to become parents.
