Shahrukh ends war with Bhansali

After two years of rivalry, King Khan called up filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali and praised him for his new release, ‘Guzaarish’. In a conversation of 20 minutes, Shahrukh Khan praised Sanjay Leela Bhansali for his brilliant work.

Things went wrong between them when SRK passed some unpleasant comment about ‘Saawariya’. Bhansali took his comments to the heart and the duo almost stopped exchanging pleasantries. But ‘Guzaarish’ written a new history of friendship between SRK and Sanjay.

Farah Khan’s making fool of veteran actor Manoj Kumar in ‘Om Shanti Om’ also did not go well with the director and he commented, “Gags and jokes at senior actors do not make a film great. Cinema is not about laughing at legends. If we don’t do something new, our cinema will become a stagnant pool of gags and jokes masquerading as a masala entertainer.”

Not only Shahrukh Khan but Bhansali also does not share a good rapport with Farah Khan and Karan Johar.
