Budding Bollywood actress Shazahn Padamsee, who debuted with Ranbir Kapoor starrer 2009 movie ‘Rocket Singh: Salesman of the Year’, has now got the opportunity to act opposite a star like Ajay Devgan in Madhur Bhandarkar’s upcoming movie ‘Dil To Bachcha Hai Ji’.
Shazahn is now getting trained in the dance form salsa for her role in this romantic comedy. This 21 year old girl is daughter of renowned singer Sharon Prabhakar and ad guru Alyque Padamsee. She is 20 years junior to her on screen hero Ajay Devgan.
The actress was quoted saying that ‘Dil To Bachcha Hai Ji’ is a commercial film with dances and songs. Shazahn said that she is learning salsa to perform in two sequences in the movie. She added that the film has been written brilliantly and she can’t stop laughing while reading them on the sets.
However, the actress does not think that she and Ajay make unusual couple. Adding to this, Shazahn said, now the story lines have changed and lots of experiments are being done in the films. She said the days are gone when young couple used to fall in love even after the parental objection.
Shazahn is very optimistic about her role and she hopes the film proves to be very lucky for her.
