After giving some unconventional films like Rang De Basanti and Delhi 6, director Rakesh Omprakash Mehra is eyeing for another film with romance as its base.
Talking about his new venture, Rakesh adds, “I think I’m ready for romance now. All this while I truly felt that I hadn’t matured enough. Now, I think I do understand human beings, and their inner, darker side. An intense romantic film will be fun to do. However, I am not a Mills & Boon kind of a guy who believes in the idea of ‘happily ever after’. The greatest romantic stories ever told, according to me, always have had tragedy at the helm of it.”
So guys, get ready for some not sure happy ending love story in coming times. Seems like, Rakesh is going the same way of Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
