'My personal apologies 2 Natasha Ayesha Takia's sister if she was disappointed with our service. Will have her allegations fully investigated,' he tweeted. Ayesha appreciated the move and wrote: 'I just read the tweet from Mr. vijay mallya..,I appreciate the response and hope the matter is seriously looked into and dealt with.'Director Anurag Kashyap added his own experience with the Kingfisher Airlines: 'I had a terrible Kingfisher experience too.flew to London last year and Sid Mallya was flying too& the entire staff was just catering to him. When the boss was there they forgot that others existed too.'
