The film is based on the life of sex icon of the South Indian film industry, Silk Smitha and Vidya Balan will essay the role of Silk Smitha and Naseer will be donning the role of film producer.

The film speaks about Silk Smitha’s relationship with the producer. After ‘Once Upon A Time In Mumbai’, this would be Milan Luthria’s second picture with producer Ekta Kapoor.
