The buzz of a sequel to the 1994 comedy Andaz Apna Apna starring Salman Khan and Aamir Khan which died as a buzz, has once again come up, doing the rounds in tinsel town.
The film’s director Raj Kumar Santoshi told to a tabloid, “It’s amazing how much interest there is in Andaz Apna Apna after so many years. My movie Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani was a tribute to the spirit of that movie. Aamir, Salman and I are really looking forward to coming together again.”
Santoshi also rubbished rumors that Rameh Taurani is producing the sequel.
“I am doing another film for Ramesh Taurani with Salman. It’s a family drama. The sequel is a separate entity and we’re very excited about it.”
It has been reported that the film will be co-produced by Santoshi and Aamir.
While Aamir is not for sequels, Salman is the opposite. He will be seen in the following sequels: No Entry, Wanted, Partner and Dabangg.
Buzz is that Aamir will be making an exception the sequel of Andaz Apna Apna. And if buzz is to be believed, Salman is the one who forced Aamir into doing the sequel.
