Bipasha Basu to romance Josh Hartnett

Bong bombshell Bipasha Basu has bagged her first international project, titled ‘Singularity’. She will be seen in the role of a warrior named Tulaja. In this film, she will star opposite the ‘Pearl Harbor’ star Josh Hartnett.

The film has been scripted by Ajey Jhankar. Besides, Bipasha Basu, the movie stars actor Abhay Deol and host of other international stars like Chris Pine, Bond girl Olga Kurylenko and Christopher Egan. Since the story revolves around Marathas in 1780s, a major portion of the film will be shot in India.

About her role, Basu says, “Taluja is a Maratha warrior and the bodyguard of a queen, with whom James Steward (Hartnett) falls in love.” Bipasha also said that she is happy to be a part of the project and looking for some great work experience and new learning.

“A lot of skills are required to be learnt for my character. I’m really excited about working with a great director who’s recognised for his work globally, and the experience of working with actors like Josh and Olga”, she added.
