Esha Deol files case against Ram Gopal Varma

Esha Deol has filed a case against filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma. According to Esha, the director has not paid her the due amount which he has to pay for the film, ‘Darling’. After repeated reminders when Ram Gopal Varma did not pay her the due amount, she knocked the door of the court.

RGV is said to have not cleared the amount of Rs 13 lakh. One year back, Esha lodged a complaint in the Cine and TV Artistes' Association (CINTAA) against the filmmaker but he did not respond. But later the case was taken to the Federation of Western Indian Cine Employees (FWICE).

On one hand, Varma is claiming that the case has been sorted out but on the other hand, Esha’s friend is saying that Esha is still fighting the case against the filmmaker. Bhushan Kumar, the producer of the film said that he has paid a huge amount to RGV and he was supposed to clear all the dues.

Dharmesh Tiwari, the President of FWICE and General Secretary of CINTAA confirm that Esha is fighting a case against Ramu.
