Actor Saif Ali Khan, who was admitted to the Lilavati Hospital yesterday evening after he complained of acute stomach pain, is said to be stable.
Saif is under observation and is being treated for abdominal pain, the hospital sources said.
The actor is likely to remain in the hospital for a couple of days.
Sources close to the actor said that he had flown in from Philadelphia, where he was shooting for a film, to celebrate Christmas with girlfriend Kareena Kapoor's family.
Kareena and her sister Karisma were present with Saif when he came to the hospital yesterday.
