All her recent films have been hits, and her upcoming films certainly look like they’re going to be big tickets, so basically Katrina Kaif admits that life is good right now but she also mentions that the best phase of her carrier is yet to come.

Katrina said, “I hope the best phase of my career is yet to come. As a person one faces different phases in life. You also face phases of unsettlement where you’re not sure about anything. Right now my life is only about going to the film sets and coming back home.”

“Everything in my life has happened all unexpectedly. So far all has happened for the better. Whatever happens, it happens for the good only. God has taken care of everything so far. Everything will happen in its own time,” added the 28 year old.

A few years ago she gave six back to back hits in ‘Namastey London’, ‘Apne’, ‘Partner’, ‘Welcome’, ‘Race’ and ‘Sigh is Kinng’. Later she did films like ‘New york’ and proved critics wrong with her powerful performance in ‘Rajneeti’. ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara’ and ‘Meri Brother Ki Dulhan’ also joined the hit list.

As of now she is going to be seen in Kabir Khan’s ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ opposite her ex-boyfriend Salman Khan. The film is an action thriller, and features Salman as an undercover RAW agent. It’s all set to release on 15th august.

While talking about Sallu, she said that he can’t be the romantic hero after a certain point.

“I think right now audience likes him in action and romantic genre and I think it works also for Salman. (But) beyond a point Salman can’t handle romantic scenes,” she said.

Katrina knows Salman very personally and says that he is the same peson as he is as an actor.

She further added, “Salman as a person and as an actor is exactly the same. In ‘Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya?’, he was the same person – very spontaneous.”

She is also working with SRK and Anushka Sharma for a Yash Raj film which is most likely to release in November.

Deepika Padukone lost a bet with her Cocktail producer Dinesh Vijan about the song “Daaru Desi” in the film not working and as a result, had to shell out Rs 10 lakh.

It all started during a friendly exchange of words, when Deepika challenged Dinesh that the song will be a dud and that if it becomes a rage, she would give him Rs 10 lakhs.

Well, as expected, the song hit the chartbuster, and ever since then, Dinesh started following Deepika for the betting money. In the end, DP had no choice but to pay the lump sum to the producer. She gave the money to Dinesh four days ago.

Confirms a source, “10 lakhs is no big amount for Deepika. She gained a lot more from Cocktail so it was indeed a small price to pay,” added the source.

Filmmaker Karan Johar and Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor shares a great rapport. Kareena holds a high regard for Karan and he too carries a special feeling for Bebo. Dharma Productions has a great role in building Kareena Kapoor’s career. She has done many films of Dharma production and achieved success. When Karan approached Kareena to play the lead role in Karan Malhotra’s script, she readily accepted.

A source close to Kareena informs, "Kareena is Karan Johar's 3am friend. She constantly takes his advice for her film projects. Every Dharma movie that Kareena has done has taken her career a few notches further. When she was told about Malhotra's script, she immediately agreed as she completely trusts KJo and treats him as a brother."

The source added, "The script is new. It is not based on the Immortals of Meluha. This will be one of the biggest projects for KJo next year, and he is looking forward to it. A big announcement is expected soon."

Buzz is that Kareena Kapoor will be paired opposite Hrithik Roshan in the movie.Hrithik-Kareena's sizzling onscreen chemistry has impressed the audiences in the past in films like Yaadein, Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham, Main Prem Ki Diwani Hoon, Mujse Dosti Karoge.

In Raaz3, Bipasha Basu plays a frustrated jealous actress. Apparently the role is inspired by Vikram Bhatt’s ex lover, Ameesha Patel.

Vikram who is the director of the film says, “Well, all I can say is, all art is finally cannibalised from one’s personal experiences. When I was with Ameesha, both of us were going through a career low. I’ve seen how failure affects people.”

Producer of the film, Mahesh Bhatt also admits to the similarity. “Vikram shared details of his tumultuous relationship with this Ameesha. Insecurities are an integral part of an actress’ life, as her shelf life is limited. We built on that idea to create Bipasha’s character in Raaz 3.”

When Vikram was asked weather the actress was Ameesha, he agreed and said, “We took the basic idea of the insecurities that creep up on an actress after a few years in the business, and then we built on her desperation. The film shows the character urging her director (Emraan Hashmi) into wrong-doings. In her desperation to cling to her stardom she begins to workship a satan and practices black magic on her younger rival.”

Mahesh Bhatt said, Bipasha in her own carrier has reached a do or die situation, “Younger girls have come into the industry and she has suffered a broken heart recently. Given the circumstances, she will either sink like a rock or fly like a bird.”

When Ameesha was asked about how she felt when she came to know about her life used to being developed as a character, she said, “Everyone is entitled to an opinion. I do not want to comment. I’ve too much on my plate with my own productions and the films that I’ve signed outside my production house. I would rather focus on them.”

Ranbir Kapoor the present heartthrob of Bollywood is taking all advantage of his present status. Girls fall head over heal over him and gets attracted towards him. South superstar Ileana D’Cruz, is all set to romance Shahid Kapoor in director Rajkumar Santoshi’s upcoming film, tentatively titled `Phata Poster Nikla Hero’.

The film will be produced by Ramesh Taurani`s Tips Films. Taurani confirms,

“Shahid is our ghar ka hero; a fabulous dancer and a huge star. Raj has worked with us on Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani. We have signed Ileana for our film. She is perfect for the role. She is a brilliant actress. We have seen her work down south.”
“I can`t talk about the role that Ileana and Shahid will be playing in the film,” he added.

Talking about `Phata Poster Nikla Hero`, Taurani says, “This film is a full-fledged masala entertainer with elements of romance and action. It is an original story and not a remake.”

The film will go on floors from November and will release next year.

After ‘Ram Leela’, Priyanka Chopra is eyeing another project of Kareena Kapoor. Priyanka Chopra is now showing keen interest in Prakash Jha’s highly ambitious project ‘Satyagrah’. Jha is keen to cast Kareena Kapoor in ‘Satyagrah’ but Priyanka expressed her desire to step into her role.

A source very close to Jha whispers, “Prakash has zeroed in on Kareena. But last week he received a message from Priyanka saying she was interested in doing ‘Satyagraha’. Prakash didn’t take that seriously. But a few days ago Priyanka’s secretary Chand Mishra met Prakash and urged him to hold on with the final decision until she returns from the US in September after recording her music album”.

Now, Jha is reconsidering his decision and kept his door open for Priyanka.

When Prakash Jha was asked about casting Priyanka in ‘Satyagrah’, he was shocked and refused to comment on the issue.

After a pause he replied, “Who told you this? I am not saying anything.”

When Kareena’s marriage to Saif started to make rounds, Sanjay Leela Bhansali backed her out of his project 'Ram Leela' and left the option open to Priyanka or Deepika but when Bebo pushed her marriage back, Bhansali again signed Kareena back.

Sunny Leone is all set to move on to horror thriller, “Ragini MMS 2″ from her last erotic thriller, “Jism 2″. The films shooting will go on floors by the end of this year.

Sunny Leone confirms, “I love India. I am so happy I am here, I’ll be staying here for a while. I have a lot of different projects coming up. ‘Ragini MMS 2′ is something we are going to start shooting by the end of this year.”

The Indo-Canadian porn star looks pretty serious about her career in Bollywood. She is preparing for her role in her upcoming flick by taking dance lessons, Hindi speaking classes, etc etc.

Sunny said: “I’ll be doing workshops here in India, I’ll be doing them before ‘Ragini MMS 2′. I’ll be taking dance classes, Hindi lessons, watching Hindi movies… It’s like going back to school for me.”

Ms Leone, a newbie in the Hindi film industry, doesn’t consider anyone her competition. She says, “I don’t like the word. Competition is something, unless it’s in sports, it’s kind of like a negative word, at least in my book. These women (actresses) work so hard. I know what goes into making a movie now,”

“I know all these different appearances and other things that we do, it’s a business and on top of that you have a lot of fun. But competition, everyone is in their own league and in their own space,” she added.

“Ragini MMS 2″ is a sequel to Ekta Kapoor’s 2011-film Ragini MMS.

It seems Rekha’s nomination at Rajya Sabha is not liked by Jaya Bachchan. She got her seat changed after Rekha entered Rajya Sabha. Previously, Jaya used to seat at no. 91 but after Rekha entered Rajya Sabha, she got her seat changed to seat no 143. Rekha was allotted seat no 99 which is just behind Jaya’s seat. She got her seat changed as Jaya doesn’t want to be close to the actress who at one time rumored to have dated her husband and megastar Amitah Bachchan. Meanwhile, cricketer Sachin Tendulkar was allotted seat number 103. Jaya and Rekha avoided each other at public events too. In 1970, Rekha and Amitabh hit the headlines for their alleged love affairs.
